BOHS - Gita
My name is Alex and I'm a sophomore taking Gita 3 at Brea Olinda High School. I am president of the Japanese and on the school's tennis team. I volunteer on Saturdays every week. I plan to pursue computer science as a career.
So GITA (Global Information Technology Academy) is basically our school’s computer science program. Freshman year we start with GITA 1 (HTML/CSS), then GITA 2 (Java), now in GITA 3 we’re doing JavaScript, and in GITA 4 we move on to C#. It’s a lot of coding, but it’s actually pretty fun once you get the hang of it.
